Dr. Putnam is the Peter and Isabel Malkin Professor of Public Policy and Government at Harvard University. He is the author of several books on social science, including Bowling Alone: The Collapse and Revival of American Community and the recently published and highly acclaimed Our Kids. He will speak on “Inequality and opportunity: the growing class gap among American young people and the implications for social mobility”.
